I have also included a blank logo in the .pbt file, which can be found where the images are located (Admin>Themes>Theme Manager>Hover over the theme and then click the Images button>Scroll all the way to the bottom and locate the blank logo there. Feel free to use whatever font or style you want to add text to the blank image.
